ALAIN DU PONTAVICE
CEO & CO-FOUNDER
Was born in 1962 in Paris (France). He graduated in 1987 from University Paris 7 (MA Chinese mandarin) and from HEC Group, France (MBA) in 1991. He worked fifteen years as Corporate Development Director then as Managing director of several international companies (France, Germany, Italy, China, Chili). He lived 10 years in Shanghai where he founded three manufacturing companies. He is also a senior advisor to several EU companies which have investments in Asia.
He gives lectures and conferences on China at the business school EM Lyon (France), University of Paris 8 (France) and the Institut Locarn (France).
He is fluent in five languages (English, French, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish and Italian). |

ALBERTO MOZÓ LEVERINGTON
ARCHITECT & CO-FOUNDER
Was born in 1963 in NYC and emigrated to Santiago (Chili) at the age of seven. He graduated in 1991 from the University Catolica de Chili. His first architectural projects evolved around the creation of interior spaces and the design of furniture for night life places. The idea being to create meeting places for the young generation emerging since Chili’s new democracy. Simultaneously he continued to work on the restoration of old houses in Santiago. In 2002, he received an award from the Province Council of Andalucia (Spain) for the rehabilitation of ancient houses belonging to the Ibero-American historic districts. Animated by the same vision as the Schkolnick project of Photographic Studies, in which Alberto Mozo participated, he was selected for the Biennale in Venice (Italy).
His latest creation, a three-storey building in wood, has received several awards such as the AR Emerging Architects (RIBA,UK), First Price of CORMA (Chili) and First Price of the Innovation Forum (Chili). It has been published in numerous international magazines and books such as Taschen, Pulso Libro,…
He is also giving lectures in various Universities in Chili and abroad and is teaching in several architecture design workshops. |
